  111. 3rd Plus makes working with the Borland C++ IDE much easier. It
  112. provides a project manager, ANSI/OEM file conversion, Source snippet
  113. maintenance and direct context help via the MSDN Developer Library
  114. (instead of the incomplete Borland help files) fully integrated
  115. into the IDE.
  116. Borland C++ 4.5x is required. Also, you must have at least the MSDN
  117. Level 1 CD to use the context help feature.
